Who runs this app
WMDCA Fantasy Cricket is a community, free-to-play project intended for the Warrnambool Moyne & District Cricket Association (WMDCA). During the private trial it is operated by the project maintainers on behalf of WMDCA.
Free-to-play only
The app is entirely free to play. There are no cash prizes, no wagering, no purchases and no advertising. It is not a betting or gambling product.
What we collect
- Your account email/identity from your chosen sign-in provider, used only to sign you in and keep your team associated with you.
- Fantasy team selections, trades, captaincy choices and league memberships that you create in the app.
- Round scores and prices derived from publicly available WMDCA match statistics.
Player names and statistics
The app displays WMDCA player names, clubs and publicly available cricket statistics for the purpose of running a fantasy competition. Players may request correction of information or removal from future fantasy selection using the privacy request form.
How we use your data
- To operate your fantasy team, leagues and leaderboards.
- To calculate round scores and price changes.
- To keep an admin audit trail of scoring and moderation actions.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Correction, opt-out and privacy enquiries
Use the privacy request form to correct player information, request removal from future fantasy selection, or ask a general privacy question. Requests are stored privately and are only visible to WMDCA-appointed admins.
Trial data
Because this is an internal trial, data (including scores, prices and rules) may be corrected, reset or removed during testing. Do not rely on trial standings as final.
